The vehicles may be impounded for various reasons, including violation of the California Vehicle Codes and California Civil codes. Our company and staff does not make any decisions on the impounds of vehicle(s), we simply follow orders given by the officers at the scene. Any disagreement over an impound must be contested with the government agency that authorized the tow. H.P. Towing, Inc. will remove vehicles under California Vehicle Code (CVC) 22658(A) from your property, at owners’ expense. To obtain these services, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must have all legal signage posted on your property. All signage must meet the requirements of California Vehicle Code.
• Signs must be posted on each exit and entrance of the property.
• If you are ordering the removal of a vehicle from private property, you must be the owner of the property or an authorized agent of the owner.
• You must be present at the location at the time of vehicle removal.
• All vehicles will be towed away at vehicle owners’ expense.

H.P. Tow, inc. holds weekly public auctions at 2608 58th st., Huntington Park, CA, 90255. These auctions are held in accordance with the provisions of section 3071 and 3072 of the Civil Code. Please read the H.P. Tow, Inc. Terms of Sale before attempting to bid on any vehicle. Every person will get a chance to inspect the vehicle before they can bid.
